Four Large pieces for 2019 New Year’s in Boston:
On the waterfront for the New Year’s Day Harbor Walk in Boston, we have a fisherman reeling in a 2019.
At Boylston St. Plaza, a tribute to the world series winners Boston Red Sox with the Green Monster, Benitendi's catch and the World Series trophy.
At the New England Aquarium we created an African Penguin family with a male and female and two chicks. The random number 142 in the picture represents the number of chicks raised at the Aquarium to date.
Finally, we have a 14 foot Christmas Tree and presents at the tree lighting ceremony in Andover, Ma in late November
Size: Total ice usage for large pieces in December was about 31 tons of ice.
Climate for the first night pieces: two days of cold weather below 31 degrees and three days of weather above 42 degrees and one day at 59 degrees and rain. Not the best weather year.
